Unlike the botanical gardens you will find elsewhere in the world, Manuel has transformed his home into a natural pharmacy full of healing plants, herbal remedies, children's activities created out of repurposed furniture, and a working farm with chickens, pigs and rabbits. What he has created is truly admirable. His depth of knowledge about all things horticulture and the body is mesmerizing.
